1. Warranty Period

Green Climate Technologies Inc. warrants that the product shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 years from the date of original purchase (“Limited Warranty Period”), provided the product was used in accordance with its use and care instructions (e.g. in the intended environment and under normal circumstances).

2. What is Covered

This Limited Warranty only covers product issues solely caused by defects in material or workmanship during ordinary consumer use.

3. What is Not Covered

This warranty does not apply:
• To damage resulting from any unauthorized attempts to repair.

• If the product has not been used in accordance with the instruction manual.

• To damage resulting from commercial or rental use, unreasonable use, or any use for which the product is not intended. There are no warranties other than the warranties expressly set forth with each product.

• If the product has been modified from its original condition.

• To damages or defects caused by accident, abuse, alteration, misuse or improper or inadequate maintenance.

• From damage in return transit.

• To unsupervised use by children under 18 years of age.

• The HEPA-Carbon Filter.

Defects that are the result of normal wear and tear, and other cosmetic damages (scratches, dents, chips, and other damage to the Product finishes) will not be considered under this warranty.

This warranty is non-transferrable and does not extend to products purchased from unauthorized sellers.

4. How to Submit a Limited Warranty Claim

At our option Green Climate Technologies Inc. will replace this product if it is found to be defective in
material or workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of original purchase.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of this product from the original date of purchase
(Proof of Purchase required).

For warranty coverage to be valid, your product must be registered.

If you discover that your product is defective within the specified warranty period,
please contact us using the contact form on this website. 

DO NOT dispose of your product before contacting us. Once our Customer
support Team has approved your request, please return the product with a copy
of the invoice.

5. Limitations of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL GREEN CLIMATE TECHNOLOGIES INC., ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR:

(a) DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM GREEN CLIMATE TECHNOLOGIES INC. IN EXCESS OF THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID BY THE PURCHASER FOR SUCH PRODUCTS, OR

(b) INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES EVEN IF GREEN CLIMATE TECHNOLOGIES INC. OR ONE OF ITS SUPPLIERS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OR LIKELIHOOD OF SUCH DAMAGES.

AND REGARDLESS OF WHETHER CAUSED BY TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), BREACH OF CONTRACT, OR OTHERWISE. OUR LIABILITY SHALL UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES EXCEED THE ACTUAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT, NOR SHALL WE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR LOSSES, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT.

EXCEPT AS COVERED BY THIS LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY STATEMENT, GREEN CLIMATE TECHNOLOGIES INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE REPLACEMENT OR REPAIR OF PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM IT, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LABOR, INSTALLATION, OR OTHER COSTS INCURRED BY THE USER AND, IN PARTICULAR, ANY COSTS RELATING TO THE REMOVAL OR REPLACEMENT OF ANY PRODUCT.

OTHER RIGHTS YOU MAY HAVE
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages
or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you also may have other rights which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
